Environmental Resources

The first place to search for assistance is your local council the following web site is that of the Local Government Association of NSW which lists all councils in NSW and their personnel, contact details, web sites, etc.

Many councils have an environment department and may have positions such as Environmental Officer, Catchment officer, Landcare officer, Weeds officer, Bush regeneration officer, Environmental education officer etc. These people can provide you with invaluable support and information relevant to your local area.
